I have found my self gravitating towards everything green! I don't know what the deal is but plants are all I've been able to think about for the past few weeks. Maybe it's because spring is here and things are starting to bloom outside. Whatever the case, I am in love with everything green. So much so that I even went to Home Depot to buy a few house plants to put around my house. Here's a look at the fruit of that labor.
I did this all while Jordan was out of town attending a funeral in Idaho over the weekend. The children and I bought the plants, re-potted them into more long-term pots, and went crazy! I added a little green touch to almost every room on the main floor of my house. My most favorite part is all the plants I put in my bedroom. I added some hanging pots (I haven't re-potted these yet, but plan to eventually), a few succulents and a neat leafy plant for my bed-side table. I am still learning the names of the greenery, but that will come over time. Jordan was in for a treat when he got back home. He liked what I had done which made me happy to have his stamp of approval. Now let's just hope my house doesn't turn into the sequel to The Little Shop of Horrors.
