Once upon a time there was a boy and a girl who had a pet kitty-cat. One afternoon this boy and girl decided to tuck their sweet kitty-cat into bed...in a basket...on a shelf...with a blanket...and some toys.
These children love this cat and frankly I can't blame them. I've always said I'm not much of a pet person, but yet here I am living with two dogs and a cat. So much for not being a pet-friend.
Seriously though, this cat of ours? He's pretty cool. I'm pretty sure he's forgiven us for thinking he was a she until we turned him into an it. Catch my drift? Yeah. My bad. Totally thought he was a girl when we brought him home. Liliane even named him "Lady Princess Gloria." On the spot at the neuter clinic I named him Victor, because the form asked for the cat's name. I couldn't very well put "Lady Princess Gloria" after learning of the cats true gender. So, Victor it was... and it suits him well.
Man. This cat.
There was this one time when Liliane and Wesley took little Victor (then referred to as Lady Princess Gloria) into the bath unbeknownst to Jordan and me. I died. And the cat nearly did too. Jordan rescued him all the while hiding his hysterical laughter at our children's shenanigans.
But the cat still love us.
This cat tries to open doors and freaks out at flies. I've got photos to document the behavior, which I'll savor and share another day. We love this animal in all his crazy cat-ness. Like I said. He's just a cool cat.
